The Commercial Town Plaza sites range in size from .46 acres to .86 acres and are located in the heart of Driggs, the county seat of Teton County. These commercial sites allow for development in a mixed use zone which permits a combination of professional office, retail, and residential use. The newly approved Teton County Courthouse will anchor the Town Plaza and a corporate golf membership is included.
18 of the 20 sites have been contracted in the City of Driggs MU-1 zone, which allows banking, retail, restaurant, office and residential uses. Teton County Courthouse

The Town Plaza will be anchored by the newly approved Teton County Courthouse. The courthouse will house Driggs and Teton County administrative offices, and will serve as the hub of the Commercial district in Driggs that will be an active, pedestrian-friendly destination. Recent meetings have revealed the County’s strong desire to begin construction of the new courthouse in 2008. |
